Welcome to Easy2PlacesAds.com ("Easy2PlacesAds"),  by accessing this site you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed protect all users and to establish a set of guidelines for all users. This policy is effective 11/27/2008.

Purpose: Every registered user granted the ability to post free classified ads with the understanding that they post ads in the appropriate category or area and agree to the following rules:

• Always follow the Terms of Use as posted and changed from time to time by;
• Never post false or misleading ads;
• Do not infringe on any third-party rights;
• User must agree not to post mulitple duplicate ads including same ads with multiple accounts.
  
• User agrees not to spam, distribute chain letters, or promote illegal pyramid schemes;
• User agrees not to distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Easy2PlacesAds site, interests or property of Easy2PlacesAds users;
• Do not impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the working site;
• Do not copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
• Do not sell or use information of other advertisers information, including email addresses, without their consent;
• Do not bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Easy2PlacesAds.

Abusing Easy2PlacesAds. We rely on our users to flag and notify us of any problems or offensive content. We may limit or terminate any user, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off Easy2PlacesAds if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the rights and respect of others. However, whether we decide to take any of these steps, remove hosted content or keep a user off Easy2PlacesAds or not, we do not accept any liability for monitoring Easy2PlacesAds or for unauthorized or unlawful content on Easy2PlacesAds or use of Easy2PlacesAds by users.

Fees and Services. Every user is provided free Temporary Membership and will not be charged to posted classified ads within the limits provided.  Easy2PlacesAds provides free temporary membership to everyone at this time, however we reserve the right to charge fees for services at a later date, but not without advanced notice.  Any future fees will be quoted in US Dollars.

If Easy2PlacesAds elects to charge fees in the future it will be fees collected after service not prior service therefore any fees charged would be for services rendered an total non-refundable. Any future fees will be payable via Paypal which allows for multiple credit card and other forms of payment (it will be the responsibility of the user to obtain this information from PayPal.)

Content. Easy2PlacesAds contains information from multiple users and you agree not to copy, modify, or distribute Easy2PlacesAds, our copyrights or other propriety marks. When you post your content, you are granting a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content, and you are expressly responsible for any of the materials posted by you and your are extending these rights to Easy2PlacesAds to host and display your content.) If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify admin at Easy2PlacesAds Customer Support and we will investigate the matter. We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms or of any party’s rights.

If you have a good faith belief that a listing on Easy2PlacesAds infringes your copyright, trademark then you must notify us at Easy2PlacesAds Customer Support.

Liability. You agree to hold us harmless for anything posted by you or others that may involve you or your posting, as posting on Easy2PlacesAds are from our users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications, the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered. We also do not guarantee continuous or secure access to our services. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Easy2PlacesAds, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.

Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you pay us for 1 month prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) $10.00US.

Personal Information. By using Easy2PlacesAds, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Easy2PlacesAds International Limited. (the "data controller") on servers located in the United States.  You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you prefer not receive such communications.

General.  These terms and any others posted from time to time on Easy2PlacesAds constitute the entire agreement between Easy2PlacesAds and you, superseding any prior agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona. If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below. All other correspondence between user and Easy2PlacesAds will be via email address as provided by you during registration with Easy2PlacesAds.  We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect within 30 days or immediately after any additional posting by you, whichever is sooner.
